Organization

Centre for Global Human Resource Management is an inter-disciplinary collaboration between the Department of Business Administration at the School of Business, Economics and Law, and the Department of Sociology and Work Science at the Faculty of the Social Sciences. The Department of Business Administration is the host institution for CGHRM.

Two reference groups will be formed in 2014 to serve in an advisory capacity:

CGHRM’s Advisory Board will provide a specific business/organizational perspective on the Centre’s activities. This board, which will consist of representatives from private and public sector entities, will offer suggestions for developing and prioritizing the research areas.

CGHRM’s Scientific Board will provide a scientific perspective on the Centre’s activities. This board, which will consist of highly qualified HRM researchers from various universities/colleges in Sweden and eventually more researchers (from other countries) who share the Centre’s interests/ambitions, will offer suggestions and advice for developing the Centre.
